About

ALEGRIA Alberta Rhythmic Gymnastics Club is an independent nonprofit organization. ALEGRIA programs are designed to harmoniously develop your daughter's body and psyche and reach the maximum level for her potential in the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics. Thanks to our internationally experienced head coach Natalia Rybak we are able to provide coaching methods and techniques proved by the best RG schools in the world. Our programs are developed in a way that children gain impressive skills without being put under undue stress.

Our philosophy is to build the athletes' confidence that goals can be achieved and to create a strong foundation for their future endeavors, be they in sport or in life.

ALEGRIA offers a unique approach in Alberta to placing gymnasts into different levels of training commitment. The idea is that a gymnast's level should not be strictly attached to her age category and should be chosen to best suit her needs and potential. That is why our seasonal training programs and schedules are highly individual.
