Recreational Programs 2011/2012 Training Season

There are no recreational classes available this year.

These programs are designed for beginning gymnasts aged 5 to 12 as an introduction to the beautiful sport of RG. We teach gymnastics skills, creativity and confidence in a fun, safe and caring atmosphere. Gymnasts will learn fundamental rhythmic gymnastics movements such as jumps, leaps, walkovers, pivots and balances in combination with handling one of the sport’s apparatuses: rope, ball, hoop and ribbon.

The programs develop:

• good sense of balance and coordination
• choreographic skills
• proper body posture

All our coaches have been trained and certified through National Coaching Certification Program.
We have professional gymnastics Mitufa carpet located in Winnipeg at Max Bell Centre, University of Manitoba.
